     There is no limit to the number of media files you can download.

  2. How often is new media published on the website?

    New media content is released frequently on the website. Registered users are emailed when a new or updated media item is placed on the website. Please visit the website at regular intervals to ensure that the messages you display remain fresh and topical.

    There is also an RSS feed so you can also be notified automatically this way when new media arrives.

  6. How do I download media to my practice based system?

    To download a media file, simply click on the media file of choice and click on the Download Now button. For further assistance please reference the help document "How to Share the Envisage Media Folder" in the Useful Documents section of the website.

  7. How do I register for the Envisage Media website?

    Your practice or business must have purchased an Envisage system to be eligible for registration. If you are an Envisage user, please register via the "Register" link on the website. Once we have verified your eligibility we will contact you with confirmation of registration.

  9. What media types does the Envisage product support?

    Envisage uses Windows Movie files in the WMV format. If required, users can create their own media in PowerPoint and then convert to WMV using the Wondershare conversion tool supplied with the Envisage system.
